Biography of Eugene Mead Caffey

Eugene Mead Caffey (* 21. December 1895 in Decatur; † 30. May 1961) was an american army officer. He was 65 years old. His education included United States Military Academy and University of Virginia School of Law. His awards include Legionnaire of Legion of Merit, Officer of the Order of the British Empire and honorary doctor of Caen University.
