Eugeniusz Piestrzyński (* 18. December 1887 in Kalisz; † 5. May 1962 in Milanówek) was a colonel of the Polish Army, military physician. He was 74 years old. His education included Bartłomiej Nowodworski School in Kraków and Jagiellonian University. He received 10 awards, including Cross of Independence, Gold Cross of Merit. He was buried at Powązki Cemetery.
