Biography of Evguén Gousselnikov

Evguén Gousselnikov (* 6. October 1940 in Степановка; † 3. August 2010 in Khmelnytskyi) was a statesperson. He was 69 years old. His education included Tomsk Polytechnic University and Academy of Social Sciences of the Central Committee of CPSU. He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
