Biography of Ezekiel Mphahlele

Ezekiel Mphahlele (* 17. December 1919 in Pretoria; † 27. October 2008 in Lebowakgomo) was a südafrikanischer Autor und Literaturwissenschaftler. He was 88 years old. His education included University of Denver, University of South Africa, Adams College and St. Martin's School. He worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Ibadan and University of Pennsylvania. He received 4 awards, including honorary doctor of the University of Pennsylvania, honorary doctor of Rhodes University.
