Fänis Yarullin (* 9. February 1938 in Bavlinsky District; † 9. December 2011 in Kazan) was an a national poet of Tatarstan. He was 73 years old. He studied at Kazan Federal University. He received 4 awards, including Order of Friendship of Peoples, Peoples' Poet of the Republic of Tatarstan. He was buried at Yaña Bistä cemetery.
