Faruq (* 11. February 1920 in Abdeen Palace; † 18. March 1965 in Rome) was a ägyptischer König. He was 45 years old. He was married to Farida von Ägypten and Nariman Sadiq. He had at least 1 child (1 daughter). He studied at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich. His faith was Sunni Islam. He received 10 awards, including Collar of the Order of Isabella the Catholic, Order of the White Eagle. His cause of death was poisoning. He was buried at Al-Rifa'i Mosque.
