Biography of Ferid Murad

Ferid Murad (* 14. September 1936 in Whiting; † 4. September 2023 in Menlo Park) was an american physician and pharmacologist. He was 86 years old. He had 5 children. His education included DePauw University, University of Virginia and Case Western Reserve University. His awards include Albert Lasker Award for Basic Medical Research, Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine and honorary doctor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
