Biography of Ferruccio Busoni

Ferruccio Busoni (* 1. April 1866 in Empoli; † 27. July 1924 in Berlin) was an italienischer Pianist, Komponist, Dirigent und Musiklehrer. He was 58 years old. He was married to Gerda Busoni. He studied at University of Music and Theatre Leipzig. He worked at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. He was awarded the Honorary Member of the International Society for Contemporary Music. His cause of death was kidney disease. He was buried at III. Städtischer Friedhof Stubenrauchstraße.
