Biography of Francis Jean Joseph Rapp

Francis Jean Joseph Rapp (* 27. June 1926 in Strasbourg; † 29. March 2020 in Angers) was a französischer Mediävist. He was 93 years old. His education included University of Strasbourg and Lycée Fustel-de-Coulanges (Strasbourg). He worked at University of Strasbourg, Faculté de théologie protestante de Strasbourg, University of Neuchâtel, Lycée Fustel-de-Coulanges (Strasbourg) and Université de Nancy. He received 7 awards, including Guizot Prize, Commander of the French Order of Academic Palms. His cause of death was COVID-19.
