Francisco García del Cid (* 22. September 1897 in Málaga; † 21. October 1965 in Barcelona) was a spanish zoologist. He was 68 years old. His education included University of Barcelona and University of Madrid. He worked at Barcelona school of agricultural engineering, University of Barcelona and Spanish National Research Council. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
