Francisco Ponz (* 3. October 1919 in Huesca; † 21. December 2020 in Pamplona) was a spanish physiologist. He was 101 years old. His education included Universidad Central, ETH Zurich and University of Freiburg. He worked at University of Barcelona and University of Navarre. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
