Biography of Frank Whittle

Frank Whittle (* 1. June 1907 in Coventry; † 9. August 1996 in Columbia) was an englischer Pilot, Erfinder und Geschäftsmann. He was 89 years old. His education included Peterhouse and Royal Air Force College Cranwell. He worked at Royal Air Force. He received 10 awards, including Fellow of the Royal Society, Companion of the Order of the Bath.
