Biography of Franz

Franz (* 15. July 1750 in Coburg; † 9. December 1806 in Coburg) was a herzog von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld. He was 56 years old. He was married to Auguste Reuß zu Ebersdorf and Sophie von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. He had at least 5 children (3 sons and 2 daughters). His faith was Lutheranism. He was awarded the Order of St. Andrew. He was buried at Hofgarten Coburg.
