Biography of Fred Thieler

Fred Thieler (* 17. March 1916 in Königsberg; † 6. June 1999 in Berlin) was a deutscher Maler des Informel. He was 83 years old. He worked at Berlin University of the Arts. His awards include Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and Lovis Corinth Prize. He was buried at Friedhof Lankwitz.
