Biography of Frederick Jackson Turner

Frederick Jackson Turner (* 14. November 1861 in Portage; † 14. March 1932 in San Marino) was an uS-amerikanischer Historiker. He was 70 years old. His education included University of Wisconsin–Madison and Johns Hopkins University. He worked at Harvard University and University of Wisconsin–Madison. His awards include Pulitzer Prize for History and Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He was buried at Forest Hill Cemetery.
