Biography of Frederick Mosteller

Frederick Mosteller (* 24. December 1916 in West Virginia; † 23. July 2006 in Falls Church) was an uS-amerikanischer Statistiker. He was 89 years old. His education included Princeton University, Carnegie Institute of Technology and Schenley High School. He worked at Harvard University and United States Department of War. He received 6 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Wilks Memorial Award. His cause of death was sepsis. He was buried at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
