Biography of Friedrich Ratzel

Friedrich Ratzel (* 30. August 1844 in Karlsruhe; † 9. August 1904 in Ammerland) was a deutscher Zoologe und Geograph. He was 59 years old. He was married to Marie Ratzel. He had at least 2 children (2 daughters). He studied at Heidelberg University. He worked at Technical University of Munich and Leipzig University.
