Friedrich Wilhelm Deichmann (* 17. December 1909 in Jena; † 13. September 1993 in Mentana) was a deutscher Christlicher Archäologe und byzantinischer Kunsthistoriker. He was 83 years old. He studied at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. He worked at University of Bonn and German Archaeological Institute at Rome. He received 4 awards, including Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, Travel Scholarship of the German Archaeological Institute.
