Frøydis Haavardsholm (* 1. April 1896 in Tromsø Municipality; † 3. October 1984 in Oslo) was a norwegian illustrator and painter. She was 88 years old. She was married to Hans Henrik Holm. She studied at Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry. She was awarded the King's Medal of Merit in Gold.
