Biography of Gábor Szegő

Gábor Szegő (* 20. January 1895 in Kunhegyes; † 7. August 1985 in Palo Alto) was an ungarischer Mathematiker. He was 90 years old. His education included University of Vienna, Eötvös Loránd University and Verseghy Ferenc Grammar School. He worked at Washington University in St. Louis, Stanford University, Frederick William University Berlin and University of Königsberg.
