Biography of Geoffrey Layton

Geoffrey Layton (* 20. April 1884 in Liverpool; † 4. September 1964 in Portsmouth) was a royal Navy admiral. He was 80 years old. He was married to Eleanor Gwladys Layton. His education included Royal College of Defence Studies and Eastman's Royal Naval Academy. He received 4 awards, including Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire, Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath.
