Biography
George A. Romero (* February 4, 1940 in New York City; † July 16, 2017 in Toronto) was a canadian-American filmmaker. He was 77 years old. He was married to Nancy Romero and Christine Forrest. He had 3 children. His education included Carnegie Mellon University and Monsignor Scanlan High School. He received 4 awards, including star on Hollywood Walk of Fame, Sitges Film Festival Best Director award. His cause of death was lung cancer. He was buried at Toronto Necropolis.
