George B. Mackaness (* 20. August 1922 in Sydney; † 4. March 2007 in Charleston) was an australischer Immunologe. He was 84 years old. He studied at Fort Street High School. He worked at Australian National University, University of Adelaide and The Rockefeller University. He was awarded the Novartis Prize for Clinical Immunology.
