George Stibitz (* 20. April 1904 in York; † 31. January 1995 in York) was an uS-amerikanischer Ingenieur und Computerpionier. He was 90 years old. His education included Cornell University, Union College and Denison University. He worked at Bell Labs, Geisel School of Medicine and National Defense Research Committee. His awards include IEEE Emanuel R. Piore Award, National Inventors Hall of Fame and Harry H. Goode Memorial Award.
