

French physician, engineer and physicist
Georges Weiss (* 26. May 1859 in Bischwiller; † 23. January 1931 in Strasbourg) was a french physician, engineer and physicist. He was 71 years old. His education included École polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He worked at Paris Medical Faculty and University of Strasbourg. His awards include Commander of the Legion of Honour and La Caze Prize of the Academy of Sciences.
