Biography of Georgy Novitsky

Georgy Novitsky (* 6. August 1896 in Tula Governorate; † 15. July 1981 in Moscow) was a soviet historian. He was 84 years old. He studied at Faculty of Social Sciences of Moscow State University. He worked at Higher Party School at the Central Committee of the CPSU. His awards include Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945" and Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Vvedenskoye Cemetery.
