Biography of Gerhard Heimerl

Gerhard Heimerl (* 16. October 1933 in Trstěnice; † 2. June 2021 in Stuttgart) was a deutscher Verkehrswissenschaftler. He was 87 years old. He studied at Technical University of Munich. He worked at University of Stuttgart and Deutsche Bundesbahn. His awards include Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, Order of Merit of Baden-Württemberg and honorary doctor of the Dresden University of Technology.
