Biography of Germaine Dieterlen

Germaine Dieterlen (* 15. May 1903 in 17th arrondissement of Paris; † 13. November 1999 in 7th arrondissement of Paris) was a französische Anthropologin und Ethnographin. She was 96 years old. She was married to Pierre Dieterlen. Her education included École nationale des langues orientales vivantes and École pratique des hautes études. She was awarded the Grande Médaille d'Or des Explorations.
