Biography of Giorgos Provopoulos

Giorgos Provopoulos (* 20. April 1950 in Piraeus; † 28. May 2024 in Athens) was a greek banker and university professor. He was 74 years old. His education included National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and University of Essex. He worked at Alpha Bank, Emporiki Bank, Piraeus Bank, Bank of Greece and National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His cause of death was cancer. He was buried at First Cemetery of Athens.
