Biography of Gordon Cooper

Gordon Cooper (* 6. March 1927 in Shawnee; † 4. October 2004 in Ventura) was an american astronaut. He was 77 years old. He was married to Trudy Olson. His education included U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, University of Hawaiʻi System and Murray High School. He received 6 awards, including Distinguished Flying Cross, Legionnaire of Legion of Merit. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease.
