Biography of Gu Chaohao

Gu Chaohao (* 15. May 1926 in Wenzhou; † 24. June 2012 in Shanghai) was a chinesischer Mathematiker. He was 86 years old. He was married to Hu Hesheng. His education included MSU Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Zhejiang University, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Zhejiang Wenzhou High School. He worked at Fudan University and Zhejiang University. His awards include State Preeminent Science and Technology Award, HLHL Science and Technology Achievement Award and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
