Biography of Günter Pickert

Günter Pickert (* 23. June 1917 in Eisenach; † 11. February 2015) was a deutscher Mathematiker. He was 97 years old. He studied at University of Göttingen. He worked at University of Tübingen and University of Giessen. He was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
