Győző Ember (* 17. April 1909 in Anina; † 1. December 1993 in Budapest) was an archivist, historian. He was 84 years old. His education included Madách Imre High School and Eötvös Loránd University. He was awarded the Kossuth Prize. He was buried at Farkasréti Cemetery.
