Biography of Hans Kurath

Hans Kurath (* 13. December 1891 in Villach; † 2. January 1992 in Ann Arbor) was an uS-amerikanischer Sprachwissenschaftler. He was 100 years old. He was married to Gertrude Prokosch Kurath. His education included University of Chicago and University of Texas at Austin. He worked at University of Michigan. His awards include Guggenheim Fellowship and honorary doctor of the University of Chicago.
