Hardt-Waltherr Hämer (* 13. April 1922 in Lüneburg; † 27. September 2012 in Ahrenshoop) was a deutscher Architekt und Stadtplaner. He was 90 years old. His education included Berlin University of the Arts and Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. He worked at Berlin University of the Arts. His awards include Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and German Critics' Prize for Architecture.
