Biography of Harold Widom

Harold Widom (* 23. September 1932 in Newark; † 20. January 2021) was an uS-amerikanischer Mathematiker. He was 88 years old. His education included City College of New York, University of Chicago and Stuyvesant High School. He worked at Cornell University and University of California, Santa Cruz. He received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, Norbert Wiener Prize in Applied Mathematics.
