Biography of Hayaishi Osamu

Hayaishi Osamu (* 8. January 1920 in Stockton; † 17. December 2015 in Kyoto) was a japanischer Biochemiker. He was 95 years old. His education included University of Osaka and Osaka Prefectural Kitano High School. He worked at University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, University of Osaka and Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University. He received 6 awards, including Order of Culture, Wolf Prize in Medicine.
