Biography of Heinrich Liebe

Heinrich Liebe (* 29. January 1908 in Gotha; † 27. July 1997 in Eisenach) was a deutscher Marineoffizier und U-Bootkommandant im Zweiten Weltkrieg. He was 89 years old. He studied at Naval Academy at Mürwik. He worked at Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency of Germany. He received 8 awards, including Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves, Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross.
