Biography of Helmar Frank

Helmar Frank (* 19. February 1933 in Waiblingen; † 15. December 2013 in Paderborn) was a deutscher Mathematiker und Kybernetiker. He was 80 years old. He was married to Brigitte Frank-Böhringer. He studied at University of Stuttgart. He worked at Pädagogische Hochschule Berlin and University of Paderborn. His awards include Esperantist of the Year and Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
