Henrik Khachatryan (* 22. May 1938 in Gyumri; † 6. August 1998 in Yerevan) was an armenian lawyer. He was 60 years old. He studied at Yerevan State University. He worked at Prosecutor General of Armenia, Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of National Academy of Sciences of Armenia, National Assembly of Armenia and Constitutional Court of Armenia.
