Henry Singleton Pennell (* 18. June 1874 in Dawlish; † 19. January 1907 in St. Moritz) was an english military officer (1874–1907); recipient of the Victoria Cross. He was 32 years old. His education included Royal Military College, Sandhurst and Eastbourne College. He was awarded the Victoria Cross. He was buried at St Gregory Churchyard.
