Biography of Henry Warren Hartsfield

Henry Hartsfield (* 21. November 1933 in Birmingham; † 17. July 2014 in Houston) was an american astronaut. He was 80 years old. His education included Auburn University, Duke University, U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and West End High School. He received 5 awards, including United States Astronaut Hall of Fame, Meritorious Service Medal. His cause of death was surgical complications. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
