Biography of Herbert Burton

Herbert Burton (* 29. November 1900 in Chuwar; † 24. July 1983 in Southport) was an australian economic historian. He was 82 years old. His education included The Queen's College, Ipswich Grammar School and University of Queensland. He worked at University of Melbourne, Australian National University, Ipswich Grammar School and St Peter's College. His awards include Rhodes Scholarship, Commander of the Order of the British Empire and Doctor of Law (honorary).
