Herbert Tachezi (* 12. February 1930 in Wiener Neustadt; † 9. December 2016 in Klosterneuburg) was a österreichischer Komponist und Organist. He was 86 years old. He studied at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. He worked at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and Concentus Musicus Wien. He was awarded the Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the State of Vienna. He was buried at Weidling Cemetery.
