Herbert Wohlfarth (* 5. June 1915 in Kanazawa; † 13. August 1982 in Villingen) was a deutscher Marineoffizier und U-Bootkommadant im Zweiten Weltkrieg. He was 67 years old. He studied at Naval Academy at Mürwik. He was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross.
