Hermann Otto Sleumer (* 21. February 1906 in Saarbrücken; † 1. October 1993 in Oegstgeest) was a deutscher Botaniker. He was 87 years old. He studied at University of Tübingen. He worked at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Leiden University, Botanic Garden and Botanical Museum Berlin and National Herbarium of the Netherlands.
