Biography of Holger Nygard

Holger Nygard (* 24. February 1921 in Bertby; † 20. May 2015 in Durham) was an american folklorist. He was 94 years old. His education included University of British Columbia and University of California, Berkeley. He worked at University of Kansas, University of Tennessee system and Duke University. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
