Biography of Holland M. Smith

Holland M. Smith (* 20. April 1882 in Alabama; † 12. January 1967 in San Diego) was an uS-amerikanischer General des United States Marine Corps. He was 84 years old. His education included Naval War College, Auburn University and University of Alabama School of Law. He received 6 awards, including Croix de guerre 1914–1918, Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath. He was buried at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
