Biography of Horst Siebert

Horst Siebert (* 20. March 1938 in Neuwied; † 2. June 2009 in Switzerland) was a deutscher Ökonom und Hochschullehrer. He was 71 years old. His education included Wesleyan University, University of Cologne and University of Münster. He worked at Kiel University, University of Mannheim and University of Konstanz. His awards include Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, Karl-Bräuer-Preis and Ludwig Erhard Prize for Publications in Economics.
