Biography of Howard Fergus

Howard Fergus (* 22. July 1937 in Montserrat; † 23. March 2023) was a montserratian academic. He was 85 years old. His education included University of Manchester, University of Bristol and University of the West Indies. He worked at University of the West Indies. His awards include Officer of the Order of the British Empire, Commander of the Order of the British Empire and Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
